About the Role:

 

If you have been looking for a challenging and varied business partnering role then you may have just found it!

This role will see you supporting the management accounting function of this high value business unit, working with a wide range of stakeholders with an emphasis on sales, marketing and operations as well as the senior management team.

Variety plus - you will be working across budgeting and forecasting, monthly reporting, analysis and commentary.  You will support the writing of business cases, capital projects and  produce a wide range of routine and ad-hoc reports.  You will work with data to provide sales and marketing with insights that will help shape business decisions.  You will also work with the Operations team to analyse production data to ensure optimal processes are in place.

 

 

About You:

 

This role will suit a Management Accountant who has worked in a similar role previously for 3-4 years, and is looking for a chance to step up and partner with the business. 

A background in manufacturing would see you hit the ground running, so whilst not essential would be a great advantage.

You will enjoy working with high volumes of data, working with numbers to provide insights to stakeholders and be able to communicate with financial and non-financial stakeholders effectively.

To be successful in this role you will need to have strong commercial acumen, highly developed technical accounting skills and an ability to work with a range of stakeholders effectively and have robust conversations.

It is likely you will be CA qualified or similar, and you will definitely have excellent Excel and systems skills. A continuous improvement mindset is a must!
