About the Role:

This is a newly created role that sits within the enterprise data team at this organisation.

Candidates from a Data Engineering, Data Analysis or Business Intelligence background would be well suited for this role.

You will work closely with the BI and Data Engineering teams to deliver analytic outputs that drive reporting and provide a foundation for visualisations and insights. Data modelling and working in the data warehouse will be key functions of the role. Being a good communicator is important as you will be involved in the requirement gathering process for data models, designs, and development of data solutions.


About You:

To be considered for this role, you will bring the following experience:

  • Experience in a large enterprise business working with databases, Business Intelligence tools and analysis
  • An understanding of cloud-based technology - Snowflake and AWS is preferred
  • Strong experience with data requirements analysis, data modelling, data warehousing, ETL processes & architecture
  • Excellent technical proficiency with coding languages such as SQL, R, Python
  • Experience with Power BI preferred
  • Excellent communicator and motivator, strong interpersonal skills coupled with strong stakeholder management skills
