Analytics & Business Intelligence Lead

About the Role:

The search is on the find and hands-on leader to join the team in this lead Analytics and BI role. Your input will be vital in developing and implementing the BI strategy, whilst managing a team 2 BI analysts. This is a 50/50 role split between technical hands-on and a more traditional managerial position. Communication skills are key, you will be required to bring data to life whilst building strong connections with internal stakeholders. Collaborating closely with Commercial and FP&A teams to ensure stakeholders are brought on a journey and provided with clear compelling insights and recommendations.

About You:
 

• Flexibility is imperative to be successful in this role, with wider team members based globally.
• Strong experience with SQL is preferred, along with a technical understanding of dbt & Snowflake.
• Track record of successful BI implementations
• A ‘doer’ mentality and drive to provide high level BI solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
