About the Role:
 

  • Serve as the main liaison for both internal and external stakeholders regarding administrative issues.
  • Manage scheduling and invoicing of various disbursements, including travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and manage team meetings, encompassing tasks such as preparing meeting materials, recording minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Oversee ProjectWorks, handling monthly invoicing, reporting, and expenses.
  • Contribute to the creation of well-crafted proposals by providing support in editing, formatting, and proofreading (Adobe InDesign proficiency is preferred but not mandatory).
  • Aid in the writing and development of bids, ensuring strict adherence to all proposal requirements.
  • Assist the Project Management director as needed, handling tasks such as organizing travel arrangements and preparing board papers.

About You:
 
  • You will have experience in a project coordinator/ project administrator or construction administrator role.
  • You will have experience working in the construction industry either working in a construction business or a consultancy.
  • You are proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experienced on Adobe would be advantageous.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have collaborative team skills, emphasizing the ability to nurture and establish relationships.
