About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a motivated Product Manager to support the team on a fixed term basis and take charge of managing convenience customer products. As Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless omnichannel customer experiences.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to support marketing initiatives and optimise strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of Product Management
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Proficiency in contemporary content management systems, preferably with experience in SilverStripe.
- Tertiary qualifications preferred, ideally in Business, Communications, or Marketing.
- Hands-on approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering results.
