This is a rare opportunity for a passionate Marketing Operations Manager to step up into a Senior role at such a pivotal time for this reputable Kiwi brand.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Operations Manager will optimise and oversee all marketing operations and implement robust systems and processes that streamline workflows and enable projects to be delivered on time (effectively and efficiently). Key responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of all product release dates including the management of a robust launch checklist, ensuring product releases are on-time and delivered to a high standard.
  • Manage the marketing roadmap from an operational standpoint, aligning with the company's strategic goals.
  • Deep understanding of marketing resource allocation.
  • Maintain strong communication with senior stakeholders and across departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams i.e. Product, Marketing, Operations, and Sales.
  • Regular maintenance of internal communication and knowledge tools and actively drive new operational improvement projects.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for sales support and assist them with marketing projects.

About You:
 
  • 3- 5 years’ experience in a marketing operations role with a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trust and strong collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Previous experience with online marketing and project management tools such as Trello, Jira, Monday.com etc.
  • A team player with exceptional project management skills.
  • Encourages a culture of pragmatism in team settings.
  • You will be highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • You will be innovative with the ability to think outside the box.
