About the Role:

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist will play a critical role as the local product owner in shaping, maintaining and executing digital marketing platforms in New Zealand. It is a technical marketing role that will work with APAC during implementation and development but most closely with NZ Sales and Marketing during the life of the platforms.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Microsoft Dynamics; act as the local CRM Subject Matter Expert, supporting CRM-related projects and initiatives, including user training, troubleshooting, and continual improvement efforts.
  • Marketing Automation (Adobe Marketo); work closely with the Communications Specialist and external digital agency to create effective marketing automation campaigns. Also, attention to detail is key, you will need to analyse and generate email campaign performance and database composition, feeding results and recommendations back to stakeholders.
  • Digital Asset Management (Kadanza) will also sit in your remit.

About You:
 
  • A customer obsessed digital marketing specialist who enjoys working in a highly collaborative environment.
  • A strong communicator and highly passionate. You must be a team player!
  • Proven experience in digital marketing platforms, CRM administration (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365), and database management, ideally in a manufacturing or B2B setting.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools Familiarity with DAM and PIM systems is an advantage.
  • A data driven digital marketer with strong analytical skills.
  • A strong multi-tasker who can manage multiple priorities, projects and objectives.
  • A confident presenter, this is a role for someone with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
