About the Role:
Supporting the Head of Risk & Assurance, you will:
- Assist in developing and delivering the annual risk and assurance plan
- Develop and implement robust risk management strategies and processes to identify, assess, and mitigate potential threats to the organization.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments across various business functions and operations, highlighting key areas for improvement and recommending proactive measures.
- Lead assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, outlining risk profiles, mitigation strategies, and performance metrics.
About You:
If you are:
- Passionate about safeguarding business integrity, enhancing operational efficiency, and mitigating risks
- CA qualified with experience in internal / external audit
- A strong relationship builder who can demonstrate clear concise communication and reporting writing skills
- Experienced leading / undertaking audit engagements from planning to remediation
