About the role:

Our client is seeking Assistant Restaurant Managers who are hungry to learn and develop. The successful candidate should be a people-focused individual, who loves to coach, mentor, and develop team members.


Other key duties include:
 

  • Lead the shift team to deliver exceptional customer service in line with company guidelines and incentives.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Train, coach, and supervise shift supervisors and crew members to maximise restaurant performance.
  • Ensure all areas of the restaurant are presented to company standards.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, and all other daily routines in accordance with company policy and procedures, stock checklists, and trading hours.
  • Ensure all cash is handled in accordance with the company’s policy and procedures.

Requirements:
 
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry required.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role in a fast, casual dining or similar restaurant is preferred, but not essential.
  • Ability to engage, lead, and motivate others.
  • Track record of achieving KPI’s.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
