About the Company:

Our client is a multinational organisation and global manufacturer in the automotive industry who focus on delivering an exceptional customer service and sales experience. The team you will be joining is tight-knit, ambitious and motivated and they are keen to upskill and professionally develop the right candidates.

About the Role:

The nature of the role is all about advocating for the customer and providing an unparalleled customer experience, while also supporting the wider dealership network. This role works within a typical high volume call centre and will work with a range of contact methods including phone, email, and social media chat.
 
Responsibilities will include:
 

  • Contacting both new and existing customers who have shown interest in the product and cross-selling and upselling to them
  • Educating existing customers about the latest products and sales and service packages
  • Assisting customers with their complaints and guiding them through that process end-to-end
  • Engaging with customers to understand their complex needs and generate leads based off productive conversations
  • Working with the marketing team to understand current campaigns and respond to customer enquiries which come through via website, email and phone
 
The role is during business hours Monday – Friday, based in Mount Wellington and has car parks available for successful candidates.

About You:

We are looking for people that are resilient and have confidence to pick up the phone with a ‘can do’ attitude!
 
To be considered, we look for:
 
  • Full NZ Driver’s Licence (or close to getting one)
  • Previous experience in customer service– ideally from a high call volume environment
  • Sales drive and ability to make outbound calls
  • Good attitude and motivations
  • Professionalism
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • An interest in the automotive industry is a bonus
  • A clear criminal and credit history
