About the Role:

The ANZ Business Manager will own the retail strategy and execution in the NZ market, while providing strong tactical support in the Australian grocery scene.

This role will be responsible for leading the sales agency relationships in both markets, ensuring best-in-class execution and delivery.

There is responsibility for growing the Australian independent channel, which has been identified as a key growth opportunity.

There will also be an element of category work involved, using IRI insights to deliver customer-led category insights.
This company specialises in one key category, allowing for breadth of responsibilities within the role.

About You:

A seasoned grocery professional, you will come from a proven background of delivering great outcomes with NZ retailers. Involvement in commercial modelling with Foodstuffs would be advantageous.

Ideally you will have had some experience or exposure to the AU grocery market with an understanding of the nuances of this market and the retailers within it.

A strong commercial background, with experience pulling reports and generating presentations without support from a large category team.
