Territory Manager

About the Company:

OTU Wine Estate brings together a unique, sea-swept terroir set at the edge of the Southern Ocean – where the ancient Otuwhero River runs through the lower valleys of Marlborough New Zealand, with an expert group of passionate people drawn from around the world of wine. OTU has had a phenomenal few years and have increased their market share significantly. A Territory Manager role managing the Lower North Island multichannel territory has come up and will provide a great opportunity for an established FMCG Territory Manager to step into an awesome role.

About the Role:

The Territory Manager role will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing grocery and traditional liquor relationships across the Lower North Island and potentially Christchurch. This is an excellent role for an experienced TM from the wine or FMCG industry that is looking for a position where they can gain broad, multichannel experience in an autonomous role. The focus is grocery; however, the role is broad and could include opening new doors within other channels across traditional liquor and On-Premise. The role will suit an ambitious, up-and-coming Territory Manager who is wanting to continue their career development and growth.

About You:

Ideally, you will currently be in a Territory Manager or Account Manager role in the wine industry. This is a broad role so you will be adaptable and hungry to take on more responsibility as required. Alternatively, you will be in an FMCG Territory Manager position with experience across grocery accounts.

There is a competitive base salary, vehicle, and bonus on offer for the right applicant. These types of Territory Manager roles don’t come around often in the Lower North Island, so if you’ve been looking for a step up in responsibilities with an awesome company look no further!
