About the Role:
As a Test Lead, you will play a crucial role within a team dedicated to building and improving mobile product offerings. Your efforts will contribute to establishing our client as a prominent leader in the realm of digital trust. You will lead a team of software development and QA Engineers to enhance our clients portfolio, drive sprint planning, tackle complex tasks, and proactively address challenges.
- Lead software development and QA Engineers.
- Engage from concept to post-production support.
- Facilitate sprint planning.
- Cultivate a robust engineering culture, mentoring team members for growth and open career conversations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members and wider engineering teams.
- Support the production environment.
About You:
- Proficient in developing React Native mobile applications and SDKs using Typescript.
- Demonstrates expertise in various architectures and best practices.
- Skilled in architecting mobile solutions.
- Proven track record in project delivery, people leadership, recruitment, and coaching.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at effectively conveying technology concepts to a wide range of technical and non-technical individuals.
