Rust Developer

About the role: 

We are looking for an experienced Backend Rust Developer who is passionate about building robust, efficient, and secure backend systems. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Rust programming language to design, develop, and optimize backend services, APIs, and microservices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to architect solutions that meet the unique requirements of our products and services.

Responsibilities:
 

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Rust programming language.
• Implement efficient algorithms and data structures to optimize performance and scalability of backend systems.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues to ensure seamless operation of backend systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Rust and related technologies, and actively contribute to the developer community.

• Proven experience as a backend developer with expertise in Rust programming language.
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with web development frameworks such as Actix, Rocket, or Warp.
• Proficiency in writing clean, idiomatic, and efficient Rust code.
• Familiarity with asynchronous programming and concurrency in Rust.
• Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
