This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of the bank’s Delivery & Change Centre of Excellence (CoE), supporting the coordination and execution of high-impact programmes.
About the Role:
As a Senior Project Coordinator within the Coordination Practice, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the successful delivery of complex, business-critical projects. Acting as the key liaison between project teams and stakeholders, you will bring structure, clarity, and best practice to everything you do.
This role requires a highly organised and experienced professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings a continuous improvement mindset. You’ll be instrumental in embedding governance, supporting delivery operations, and ensuring that core project activities run smoothly.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage coordination activities across assigned projects
- Embed and champion the use of standard project management processes, tools, and templates
- Support planning, scheduling, and financial tracking of key initiatives
- Facilitate project governance forums and engagement with stakeholders
- Provide delivery support across a range of tools including JIRA, Confluence, and PPM, covering:
- Risk and issue management
- Project reporting and analysis
- Resource coordination
- Change control
- Quality assurance
- Stakeholder communications
About You:
We’re seeking a seasoned career project coordinator who brings professionalism, initiative, and a solutions-focused mindset. You’ll have a proven ability to operate across diverse teams and large-scale projects with confidence and composure.
Your background will include:
- 5+ years' experience in senior project coordination roles within complex environments
- Demonstrated experience in Agile project settings and familiarity with Agile practices
- Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks and governance structures
- High level of proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and enterprise-level PPM systems
- Financially literate with excellent analytical and organisational skills
- A clear and confident communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Resilient, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
- Comfortable working autonomously, with a proactive and curious approach to problem-solving
