This isn’t your typical Business Analyst (BA) role. We are seeking a product-minded Business Analyst who is ready to take charge of digital experiences from the ground up. In this position, you will go beyond me gathering requirements; you will lead the evolution of their products, craft the roadmap, and connect customer needs with design thinking and technical delivery.
You will be joining a business where entertainment, digital platforms, and customer experience converge. They operate in a fast-paced environment that values creativity and prioritises people. What You’ll Do:
- Own and shape the product roadmap in collaboration with product, design, and tech leads.
- Quickly build strong relationships across teams to drive alignment and momentum
- Define clear epics, features, and user stories with smart, testable acceptance criteria.
- Lead product discovery to uncover opportunities for innovation.
- Work closely with stakeholders across customer experience (CX/UX), data, content, marketing, and engineering.
- Facilitate workshops, manage ambiguity, and clarify complex ideas.
- Communicate outcomes through demos, retrospectives, and regular stakeholder updates.
- Assist operational teams in adopting new features by providing tailored support and resources.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or product-focused roles in tech or digital environments.
- A strong understanding of product ownership, with the ability to think big while paying attention to detail.
- Experience working in Agile environments across multiple disciplines.
- A proven ability to engage others and build strong internal relationships.
- A natural problem solver with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with customer-facing applications or platforms is a plus.
