Senior Business Intelligence Developer

About the Role: 

We're looking for an experienced BI Developer to support a CRM implementation project by rebuilding critical reports on a new Microsoft Fabric platform.

You'll be working within a modern data environment built on Microsoft Fabric, using a medallion architecture with lakehouses and a SQL-based warehouse layer. Your focus will be translating and rebuilding key reports using SQL and DAX, no data engineering required.

This is a hands-on contract role, ideally starting early next week, running through to the end of October. We’re after someone who can hit the ground running and be productive quickly.


What you’ll do:
•    Rebuild key business reports on Microsoft Fabric
•    Translate complex SQL logic from the old platform to the new environment
•    Work closely with the BI Manager and internal BA team to deliver by mid-September
•    Focus on BI logic and report development – the data pipeline work is already done


What you’ll bring:
•    Strong SQL and DAX skills
•    Experience delivering reporting solutions in enterprise BI environments
•    Confidence working independently and owning deliverables
•    Senior-level capability – this is not a junior role
