
Tribe conducts a nationwide search to help launch new global wine company, Vinarchy
Tribe Recruit recently completed a project in partnership with Vinarchy to ensure they had a full team onboard for their nationwide launch.
Vinarchy is a newly launched global wine company, established in May 2025 through the combination of Accolade Wines and Pernod Ricard’s Australian, New Zealand, and Spanish wine portfolios. The company brings together an exceptional collection of global and regional brands. Innovative, ambitious and imaginative, Vinarchy challenges the conventions of the industry to lead, shape and grow the future of the wine category.
Tribe is proud to have partnered with Vinarchy. Tribe Executive recently assisted Kiri Hyde to find her tribe at Vinarchy New Zealand as their General Manager. Following Kiri’s appointment, Tribe Recruit were tasked with finding the talent to build their new commercial team.
This started with the leadership team, finding the right candidates to fit into those roles. Once the leadership team was in place, we then worked with those leaders to fill out their teams across On-Premise Sales, Retail Sales, Category and Shopper Marketing along with supporting functions (Finance, Admin, HR).
We encountered the unique challenge of recruiting for these positions prior to the public announcement of the newly established Vinarchy brand. As a result, traditional advertising channels could not be utilised. Instead, most roles were successfully filled through Tribe’s extensive professional network, leveraging targeted search, headhunting, and direct engagement with potential candidates.
Tribe engaged its full FMCG team to conduct a nationwide search - filling roles in the major hubs as well as throughout regional NZ. We worked in a timeframe that meant the new appointments could hit the ground running, with Vinarchy’s full team on board for their first day of trading.
