We partner with organizations of all shapes and sizes, regardless of where they are on their diversity and inclusion journey.
Organizations often ask me, "What does good look like? Where is the best place to be?" And our response is usually that no matter where you are on your journey, as long as you're moving in the right direction, towards ensuring you have an inclusive work culture - you’re on the right track.
When people inside an organization have a true sense of belonging, and when the organization understands the importance of doing diversity and inclusion well, they will reap the benefits.
It’s fair to say that New Zealand and the world may not have seen the worst of what the global pandemic has to offer us yet. But what’s been reassuring for Diversity Works New Zealand is that we have a committed group of members who are still striving for success.
We continue to work alongside organizations of all sizes, not just large corporates or government agencies, but also small-to-medium sized businesses helping to drive the fantastic initiatives we support.
Whether an organization has partnered with us for just a few weeks or for 15 to 20 years, if they drop the ball now, all the work that’s been done up to this point could be lost. So, we're very supportive of the idea that, yes, there’s a lot going on for many organizations, but diversity and inclusion must remain a business imperative.
