About the Role:
- Facilitate workshops, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Formulate and record end-to-end Salesforce solutions and development prerequisites
- Drive enhancements to Salesforce applications proactively
- Get stuck into system integration development and deployment
- Draft test scripts, oversee user acceptance testing, formulate Salesforce lifecycle processes, create technical documents
About You:
- Previous experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or related role
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end processes, gather requirements and write technical documentation
- Demonstrated technical proficiency in delivering CRM functionality
- Proven track record of success in process/continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
