About the Role:
As the Lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts and providing support across a large scale programme of work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direction to Business Analysts, including peer review and assigning tasks
- Establish work estimates and provide input on the project plan
- Provide continuous development and enhancement of Business Analysis practices
- Communicate and provide advice to key stakeholders
About You:
- Proven experience working in a similar leadership role, providing direction to a team of Business Analysts
- Demonstrated understanding of Business Analysis methodologies, principles and tools
- Proven understanding of project management and experience working mid-large sized projects
- Excellent proven stakeholder engagement
- Financial services experience highly advantageous
