They seek an experienced Business Analyst to develop a roadmap and aid in transformation. About the Role:

As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in enhancing the human resources systems, analysing data, refining reporting methods, and generating valuable insights. Your responsibility will involve utilising this information to provide recommendations for the improvement of the entire business.

  • Requirement gathering from relevant teams and key stakeholders
  • Data analysis and reporting for improving People and Culture operations
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the team and business leaders
  • Ensure law and regulation changes are compliant with processes and systems
  • Optimising processes and creating comprehensive documentation
  • People and Culture system implementation and enhancements
 
About You:

The ideal candidate will have experience with:
  • Proven experience as a BA in a People and Culture environment
  • Proficiency in analytics, with a solid foundation in data analysis
  • Your communication and interpersonal interaction skills are excellent
  • History of working with Workday and Data Visualisation
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving, growth-oriented atmosphere
