About the Role:
  • This is a newly created role in the marketing team due to expansion of the business – it is an exciting time to join. The official title is “Campaign Manager” however an intermediate level role. Reporting into the Group CMO with the support of a Marketing Executive, this intermediate level roles main responsibilities are to lead and manage the planning and execution of the insights driven B2B marketing calendar.
 
  • Tasked to lead a variety of campaigns, delivering ongoing CX improvements, new products and brand work. This is a broad, exciting role where you can really make your mark!
 
  • Collaborating with a range of colleagues within the business, all working together to maximise the effectiveness of all marcomms, resolve customer pain points and deliver measurable CX improvements or develop new products.
 
  • This business is looking for continuous improvement and this person will be involved in new product/services designs and have a seat at the table.
 
  • As you would expect this role will also lead the day-to-day relationships with media/creative/data/digital/research/PR agencies.
 
  • This role is responsible for managing end to end campaigns from strategy to implementation across a range of channels, with a focus on website, content, social media, CRM, eDM/DM, print and events to name a few. This position will play a key role in the build, testing and delivery of a new website and logged in portal, as leading the execution of a brand relaunch across all marcomms deliverables.
 
  • This is an insights driven role so you will need to take actionable insights to your marketing. This role will measure the effectiveness of brand and marcomms work through brand health measures and performance marketing KPIs.

About You:
  • ​​​​​​​Our client is looking for an experienced intermediate level B2B services sector marketing and professional to bring their solid strategic, planning and end to end campaign management skills and collaborative nature to this truly innovative business.
 
  • You will have led the development and delivery of a marketing calendar of campaigns that have generated demand and retained and grown the value of a client, as well as brand work.
 
  • You will have experience with a range of marcomms collateral including Website (ideally build), content, social media, CRM, eDM/DM, print and events.
 
  • It’s strategic and we need someone who thinks big picture, that thinks of the part marketing plays with in the entire ecosystem of our client’s business. You need to proactive, ok with ambiguity, nimble in your thinking and always thinking what’s the why and what’s next!
 
  • You will be passionate about looking for continuous improvements which will inform briefing and decision-making in the marketing space.
 
  • You will be collaborative, future focussed, proactive person who is comfortable managing entire projects/GTM/brand campaigns end to end and creating the best structure to ensure best in class campaigns with your excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 
  • You will have experience using customer data and insights to inform marketing.
 
  • We are looking for excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills with your proactive and diplomatic nature, high EQ, strong communication and presentation skills.
 
  • You will be an accountable self-starter, team player with excellent project management skills.
 
  • You will be interested in the financial services sector and engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders with your high level of professionalism, while at the same time keen to work with a fun, close knit team.
