About the Role:
In this unique sole charge marketing position, you will work alongside the Managing Director guiding all marketing initiatives from strategic development to execution and final delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Alongside the Managing Director, develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Create engaging content, including copywriting, graphic design, and videography, for social media, website, eDMs and catalogues.
- Collaborate daily with sales and design teams on innovative campaigns to increase product awareness among customers.
- Implement measures to track impact on demand and sales activity.
- Manage relationships with external agencies when required.
About You:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar marketing role, supported by a business or marketing-related tertiary qualification.
- You will have a broad marketing background across strategy, planning, and execution, and enjoy being hands-on.
- Hands-on experience with across multiple platforms including social media, email marketing, and website.
- You will be commercially focused with proven results in driving business growth.
- Strong skills across copywriting, graphic design, videography, and photography.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and bring others on a journey.
- You will be an exceptional communicator, with experience across various marketing-related software tools.
