About the Role:

This role is an 8-month fixed term parental leave cover. It will look after a team of 5, all with specialised marketing roles. The role will look after end-to-end campaign management with focus on a few key projects throughout the contract.

This role will work closely with the wider fundraising and events team to drive acquisition and retention, shape brand, and oversee communications.

You will:
 

• Have proven experience leading teams.
• Have a background in fundraising (and ideally loyalty)
• Be able to come in and hit the ground running
• Analyse performance metrics, manage budgets, and plan market research.
• Cultivate relationships with key suppliers and drive business growth.
