Customer Support Specialists - North Shore

About the Role:

You will be responsible for supporting customers over the phone, as well as email and web channels. Inbound customer queries may be around troubleshooting, billing and payments, updating details and onboarding.

About You:

If you have previous contact centre experience, or have come from a retail environment and are looking to step into something more technical, we would love to hear from you!
Being confident and comfortable on the phone with customers is key! As is tech savviness and working experience with navigating systems, as well as attention to detail good typing skills.
An interest or tertiary studying maths, finance, commerce or technology is desired (but not essential!).
Above all, we are looking for resilience, effective communication, reliability and a customer focused mindset.
