About the Role:
As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented Finance Manager to join their team in this newly created role to drive the financial strategy forward.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, manage budgets, and collaborate closely with various stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the finance function, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations, including budget preparation, reporting, and short-term forecasting.
- Prepare detailed financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance.
- Lead and mentor the finance team in day-to-day operations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial management with organisational goals.
- Manage external financial obligations and requirements.

About You:
We are looking for a highly intelligent and ambitious Finance Manager who is looking for an opportunity to work within an evolving and growing environment. You will ideally have the following:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- CA (or equivalent) Qualified.
- Experience in small-medium businesses preferred.
- Proficiency in Xero or other ERP accounting software.
- Strong analytical and excellent communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Enthusiastic and resilient individual with commercial acumen.
