About the Role:

Working within the Customer Care team, your role will have you join a tight knit team of 10. Your day will include contacting and answering incoming calls from customers, responding to general queries and handling complaints and escalations.

This role is very task-oriented; therefore, we are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, and someone who is customer centric and highly organised.

The office is located in Auckland CBD and the operating hours are from Monday – Friday, during standard business hours.

About You:

A successful candidate will have amazing communication and people skills. You will enjoy variety; problem-solving and have a positive attitude. You’ll be detail-oriented, and will ideally have experience working within a customer service or administration role where you have been required to provide end-to-end support.

We also look for someone who is teachable, keen to learn and willing to continue growing within an organisation.
