About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role as the first point of contact for customers. Primary responsibilities include handling inbound calls and emails, assisting customers with their inquiries, and processing orders efficiently. Working closely with the New Zealand team to ensure seamless sales processes and exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will serve as the primary contact for our Australian clientele, delivering outstanding communication and support.

About You:

We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
   
Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a customer service-focused role.
  • Background in retail, call centre, or other customer-facing environments preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated reliability and dependability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
