About the Role:
A dynamic Executive Assistant role that will support the CEO.
‘Busy’ doesn’t begin to describe the calendar which will need to be managed efficiently and decisively, so bring your impeccable time management skills! The CEO, whilst a true people person and genuine and approachable, is also an entrepreneur and works at pace, so organizing him and his day is not for the faint hearted!
An agile working environment means self-management in a highly engaged workplace, where you’ll feel empowered to make a difference.
Tasks will include:
- Coordinating meetings, conferences, presentations
- Organising all travel and accommodation requirements
- Proactive calendar management and handling emails appropriately
- Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, distributing meeting actions and following up
- Report writing, formatting documents, manage spreadsheets
You will be highly organised and thrive in situations that require you to prioritise and apply your strong communication skills. You will feel comfortable interacting with a diverse range of people, particularly at senior/board level. In addition, you will be required to hit the ground running so your ability to be a self-starter with minimum direction is desirable.

- Adaptable and flexible to change tact when the team’s needs change
