TGF Holdings appoints Anthony Bitossi as General Manager – Shades Division

Tribe Executive is delighted to share the appointment of Anthony Bitossi as General Manager – Shades Division at TGF Holdings, supporting Archgola and Fresco Shades through their next phase of growth. 

TGF Holdings' Shades Division, comprising Archgola and Fresco Shades, is a New Zealand based manufacturer and provider of premium outdoor canopy, pergola, and shade solutions for residential and commercial applications. Reporting to the Group CEO, the role brings together a nationally distributed licensee network and a vertically integrated design to installation capability, with a strong focus on growth, brand strength, and operational excellence. With opportunities to expand product offerings and strengthen brand positioning in an increasingly competitive market, the division is focused on building a high performing, unified business. 

Anthony brings proven General Manager and CEO level experience across building materials, manufacturing, and multi-site operations, with a strong track record of leading growth and organisational change. He has full P&L ownership experience, deep expertise in operational improvement, LEAN manufacturing, and change management, and is comfortable operating within large private group structures while reporting to boards. His hands-on, pragmatic leadership style, combined with genuine commercial acumen, makes him well suited to leading Archgola and Fresco Shades into their next chapter. 

His appointment reflects TGF Holdings' ambition to grow its Shades Division, building a resilient, high performing operating model across both businesses.  

Reflecting on his appointment, Anthony said the team at Tribe Executive, and Cameron King specifically, did an outstanding job throughout the process, praising Cameron's communication, follow up, and genuine, unrushed approach. He added that he is looking forward to getting to know the people and products behind two well established New Zealand brands, and to bringing his own experience to help guide and grow the company alongside a supportive Group CEO and board.
