About the Company:

At Tribe, we connect talented individuals with opportunities that fit their skills and lifestyle. • Credit Control
  • Payroll Administration
  • Month End Tasks

And ideally will have exposure to the following:
  • Managing credits, receipts, and payments to ensure smooth cash flow.
  • Preparing and reconciling GST returns, as well as ensuring compliance with tax requirements.
  • Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records, including journal entries.
  • Assisting with budget preparation, cost centre management, and generating accurate financial reports.
  • Handling high-quality data entry and processing large volumes of transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Resolving queries related to invoices, payments, or account discrepancies with customers or suppliers.
  • Monitoring aged receivables and payables to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Supporting month-end and year-end processes, including accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations.
  • Collaborating with the team to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the finance function.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date supplier and customer records in the system.

About You:

We’re looking for candidates who are ready to hit the ground running. To succeed in these roles, you’ll have:
  • Experience in finance-related roles (e.g., AR, AP, payroll, or similar).
  • Familiarity with finance systems like Xero, MYOB, SAP, Oracle, JDE, D365 or Netsuite.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (think pivot tables, v-lookups, and day-to-day reporting).
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude – you’re someone who takes initiative and meets deadlines without breaking a sweat.
  • The ability to juggle tasks while staying calm under pressure.

Being immediately available is ideal, but we’re also happy to hear from those preparing for their next move in the coming weeks/months.
