You will help turn strategy into action. As a trusted advisor to leaders across Te Matatini, you'll provide practical organisational advice, lead the development and implementation of policies and frameworks, strengthen organisational capability and support initiatives that enable people and teams to thrive.

You'll help build confident support leaders with, improve organisational practice, frameworks and contribute to the continued success of an organisation making a meaningful difference for Māori and Aotearoa.

You will bring experience in organisational development, organisational advisory, people capability or a related discipline, together with the confidence to build trusted relationships and influence positive change.

You'll be comfortable working within te ao Māori, able to engage respectfully in te reo Māori and tikanga, and motivated by the opportunity to contribute your skills to an organisation whose impact extends well beyond the workplace.
