- Providing trusted advice on people, performance, and workplace matters
- Developing and implementing people policies, frameworks, and resources
- Leading policy implementation and organisational engagement
- Facilitating training, coaching, and capability-building initiatives
- Supporting organisational improvement, change, and governance priorities
Mōu | About You
The successful candidate will bring:
- Experience in HR advisory, organisational development, policy, or a related field
- Knowledge of employment relations and workplace practices
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- The ability to influence and support others through change
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
They will also bring:
- Experience working within te ao Māori or kaupapa Māori environments
- Confidence engaging in spaces where te reo Māori and tikanga Māori are valued
- Resilience, sound judgement, and a solutions-focused approach
- Humility, adaptability, and a collaborative working style
