About the Opportunity
  • Join a growing automotive business specialising in classic and performance vehicles
  • Help get the accounts back in gear by clearing a significant AP backlog
  • Process invoices, prepare payment batches and complete bank reconciliations
  • Maintain supplier information and investigate incomplete or incorrect records
  • Work across Xero, Excel and several operational systems
What You’ll Bring
  • Around three to four years of recent, hands-on accounts payable experience
  • Strong Xero skills and confidence with payment batches and reconciliations
  • Excellent accuracy and the ability to work through detailed, repetitive processing
  • A proactive approach and the confidence to work independently from day one
  • Resilience, adaptability and comfort in a busy, informal working environment

About the Opportunity  Do you enjoy spotting what doesn’t add up, tracing transactions and getting accounts back where they should be? This established, growing New Zealand organisation is looking for an Accounts Reconciliation Officer to join its Christchurch team for a six-month fixed-term project. You’ll take ownership of investigating historical payment issues and correcting member and group accounts.
