We're looking for a Senior Researcher to join Tribe Executive, working hand in hand with Executive Search Partners. You'll lead the research behind every great senior appointment: finding, mapping and engaging the leaders our clients need.
- Lead research workstreams across executive search assignments, building search strategies that match each client brief and land on agreed milestones.
- Build detailed talent maps, analysing leadership structures and organisational hierarchies to sharpen targeting and bring real market insight to the table.
- Deliver accurate, well-targeted longlists and candidate profiles, and keep our ATS clean and current.
- Craft tailored outreach, approach candidates to test interest, and line up conversations with our Executive Search Partners.
- Put AI-assisted sourcing and talent intelligence platforms to work, and help the team adopt new tools and smarter research workflows.
- 3 + years' experience in executive search research or senior talent sourcing.
- Confident use of LinkedIn Recruiter and research platforms. Experience with talent intelligence tools is a bonus.
- A structured, detail-driven research method, and the analytical ability to read organisational structures and leadership talent markets.
- Strong written communication, including outreach that is relevant, engaging and true to the opportunity.
- Genuine curiosity about AI and technology, and how it can make research faster and sharper.
