If you’re currently working in a strong Level 2, escalation support or Systems Administrator role and looking to step into a broader internal environment, this could be a great next move.
You’ll join Kiwi Property’s Auckland-based Digital team as a key internal escalation point for technology issues that can’t be resolved by the external Level 1 and Level 2 support provider.
Working closely with an experienced Systems Engineer and Digital Operations & Cyber Security Manager, you’ll be well supported technically while building exposure to different parts of the business.

In this role you’ll:
- Act as a key escalation point for unresolved technology issues
- Troubleshoot across devices, apps, connectivity, remote access, meeting rooms and print
- Work with the Systems Engineer and Digital Operations & Cyber Security Manager on complex issues
- Support device management, software deployment, onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain clear documentation and repeatable support processes
What You’ll Bring
You’ll ideally come from a strong Level 2, escalation support or Systems Administrator background and be ready to step into a broader internal role.
You’ll bring:
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune
- Exposure to NinjaOne (or similar), Cisco Meraki, and Microsoft Entra ID
- Understanding of MDM and digital identity management
- Confidence troubleshooting devices, connectivity, remote access and meeting room tech
- Strong documentation, problem-solving and a calm, customer-focused approach
