  • Own hardware retail relationships across New Zealand and Australia, growing range, share and in-store presence
  • Manage pricing, trading terms, rebates and supply agreements across owned channels to deliver sustainable margins
  • Support major cross functional projects, from new product launches to factory layout and efficiency improvements
  • Build strong relationships with the Board and develop a sound command of the P&L

What You’ll Bring
  • Proven senior commercial, sales or general management experience, with clear accountability for revenue, customers and margin
  • A track record of owning and growing key channel relationships across retail, distribution or B2B
  • Exposure to manufacturing or product based businesses, ideally in agriculture, animal health or plastics
  • Strong commercial acumen, confident with pricing, P&L management and building robust business cases
  • A natural sales leader who can build a channel strategy and carry it through
  • A broad commercial career with real ambition to grow into broader business leadership
  • A grounded, practical style that earns respect on the factory floor and with farmers and retailers

What’s on Offer
  • Join iconic, trusted New Zealand brands with a growing global footprint
  • Direct exposure to the Board and shareholders, with genuine headroom to grow
