MADE Group is looking for a creative, hands-on Content & Community Manager to bring The Collective, ROKEBY and Cocobella to life across NZ.
Join an energetic Marketing team in a newly created role where your ideas and initiative can make a real difference. This isn't just managing a calendar – you'll be behind the camera or briefing content creators, connecting with communities and making things happen.

Create, film, edit and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok and digital channels.
Build content calendars, creative campaigns and stronger brand engagement.
Connect with influencers, creators, sporting communities and collab brands.
Capture product launches, collaborations and events, using insights to refine content.

What You’ll Bring
You'll love the creative side of social while understanding what makes content perform. Confident taking ideas from concept to execution, you're organised, proactive and happy to get stuck in.

3+ years creating social content, ideally within FMCG, lifestyle or consumer brands.
Strong Instagram and Meta capability; TikTok knowledge is a real advantage.
A creative eye and skills in filming, editing, copywriting and tools such as CapCut, Canva or Adobe.
Experience with social calendars, creators, communities and performance metrics.
An adaptable, collaborative approach with ideas you can turn into action.

Strong stakeholder management with ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
