About the Company:

At Tribe, we support a huge range of clients with temporary Operations Coordinator roles and are on the lookout for immediately available people who can commence temporary assignments now!


About the Role:  

Your responsibilities could be, but are not limited to

  • Support delivery of projects/deadlines by providing proactive coordination skills
  • Support in tracking of budgets, keeping up to speed with the volume and variety
  • Assisting your team in presentations, team meetings
  • Taking action points and holding your team accountable to their deadlines and timeframes
  • Supporting end of month expenses, financial reconciliation, keeping up to date and on track with budget requirements
  • Taking charge of scheduling the team where needed

 

About You:

  • You will have at least 2 years experience in a fast paced administration or coordination position
  • You have total confidence in your abilities on the Microsoft Office Suite and other systems
  • Your key strength is attention to detail – you won’t miss a trick
  • You enjoy supporting others in working to deadlines, timeframes
  • You are a multi-tasker and work well under pressure
  • You are a true team player who enjoys working across a wide range of tasks to support your high performing team

About the Opportunity We’re on the lookout for an experienced admin or business support leader for an exciting opportunity to step into an Admin Team Leader position within a leading healthcare organisation. You’ll take ownership of a team of 10–12 administrators and play a key role in shaping how the team operates, develops and delivers an exceptional experience to both customers and key stakeholders. In this role, you’ll be the key leader for the administration function, ensuring the team is well supported, accountable and operating efficiently. You’ll also act as a key support to the Clinic Manager, providing 2IC-level support and the opportunity to grow into broader operational leadership over time.
