About the Company:

About the Role:  

Your responsibilities could be, but are not limited to

  • Support delivery of projects/deadlines by providing proactive coordination skills
  • Support in tracking of budgets, keeping up to speed with the volume and variety
  • Assisting your team in presentations, team meetings
  • Taking action points and holding your team accountable to their deadlines and timeframes
  • Supporting end of month expenses, financial reconciliation, keeping up to date and on track with budget requirements
  • Taking charge of scheduling the team where needed

 

About You:

  • You will have at least 2 years experience in a fast paced administration or coordination position
  • You have total confidence in your abilities on the Microsoft Office Suite and other systems
  • Your key strength is attention to detail – you won’t miss a trick
  • You enjoy supporting others in working to deadlines, timeframes
  • You are a multi-tasker and work well under pressure
  • You are a true team player who enjoys working across a wide range of tasks to support your high performing team
