Cam's tip - Preparing for an interview

Hi, I'm Cameron and I lead the sales and marketing team at Tribe, and my recruitment tip is making sure that you're well prepared for an interview. The most common and most positive feedback we get from clients is about candidates who are the most prepared. And that’s not just looking at the company website—it’s really getting to know the business: the structure, the strategy, the culture, the challenges for the business and the industry, and also the opportunities. It’s also about really understanding the role and the responsibilities, and how your experience translates to that. So think about some examples from your career to date and how they apply to what the client and the business might be looking for. It’s always better to be overprepared than underprepared.
