Fletcher Living is hiring their Business Innovation Lead

Fletcher Living is one part of the greater Fletcher Group business. The Living business is really predominantly focused on development, so we take turnkey land all the way through to handover to customers and follow through in terms of sales post that.

There's a great opportunity in this business to be part of something really different. Yet on top of this, in terms of innovation, we would be much better than any other competitors here in the market and that would place whoever participates in that environment in a very strong position in the future.

Why we want this lead innovator is really, it's got to be somebody who wants to change. To change the market here. They've got to want to change the way we develop and build, and they've got to want to be a part of that. Technology is a big component of that, and they need to have a real comfort level with technology and change and working in areas where other people feel uncomfortable.

What's so fantastic and exciting about this role is you get to be part of a changing environment in terms of development and building. There's a huge amount of investment in terms of money going into this at this time, so you can really build on that to try and create some fantastic things within our business unit. I think that opportunity doesn't exist out there because we're going to be a leader.

You know, I guess we're trying to sort of be a little bit like a tester of construction and development. Can we do that? And do you want to become a part of it? That's why I think it's such an exciting part of our business to be involved in.
