You've got to be strong on the fundamentals of the finances. Someone who knows how value is created, where it's eroded, and how to go about optimising that throughout the company.

The ability to get s*** done - the ability to work with your partners across the business, to be able to build those relationships, identify and deliver tangible results for the company.

We want someone who brings energy, someone who is purpose-driven themselves, who wants to make things happen. Someone that has a go-to karaoke song for the midwinter and the Christmas parties! Someone who can bring that energy is really important for the culture we have here.
