Meet Rachael

My name's Rachael. I am a senior consultant on the Sales and Marketing team. We support a lot of the professional services, financial services, different businesses in New Zealand, like your banks, telcos, insurance companies. In the services sector the biggest change has been the move to agile which I know has kind of been that keyword that everyone likes to throw around, but it really has affected every business that I've worked with.

Tribe is like no other business that I've come across in New Zealand in terms of recruitment. They have such a strong culture, really strong beliefs about who they are and where they're going. I think recruitment has really changed in terms of us providing more guidance around how to navigate the market, companies that you're applying for, maybe what they stand for or what your skills can bring to a role.
