New Chief Executive Officer appointed to Parallaxx

Mike Cunnington joins Parallaxx as Chief Executive Officer, commencing January 2026. He brings a strong track record in leading high-growth, people-centred organisations through capability building, transformation, and commercial expansion. His leadership experience and alignment with Parallaxx’s purpose and values stood out throughout a comprehensive recruitment process supported by the company’s shareholders, Executive team, and Board.

Prior to joining Parallaxx, Mike held senior leadership roles across enterprise services, communications and marketing. His experience positions him to drive Parallaxx’s continued expansion in New Zealand and its growing global presence.

Parallaxx also acknowledges the outstanding contribution of their founder Dave Tilton, who has led the business with dedication and vision. Dave will work closely with Mike over the coming months to support a smooth transition, while continuing to play an active role across the business, its strategy, and client relationships.
