We are excited to share the news of the appointment of Jess Strange as the new Chief Customer Officer for Southern Cross Travel Insurance.

Jess brings broad executive experience across sales, marketing and customer functions, from a number of high-profile leadership roles with Farmlands, where she was previously the Chief Customer Officer. She has an extensive background in leading strategic initiatives, a proven track record of enhancing customer experiences and driving successful marketing efforts. Her expertise in managing customer interactions, boosting revenue, and launching innovative solutions will be instrumental in elevating Southern Cross Travel Insurance's customer satisfaction and expanding their market presence as the new Chief Customer Officer.
