About the Opportunity
- Join a fast-growing digital business in a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager role based in Auckland.
- Own performance across three connected workstreams: client marketing delivery, B2B ABM, and B2C inbound acquisition.
- Be the hands-on practitioner: build campaigns, define audiences, stand up tracking, pace spend, QA execution, and iterate fast.
- Operate in a high-volume environment where performance is quality-critical at scale.
- Partner closely with tech and GTM to help design and improve the infrastructure behind performance (automation, QA enforcement, alerting, workflow design).
- Run across key channels including Google (incl. Search), Meta, Pinterest, plus testing/assessing emerging biddable platforms and vendors.
- Shape how performance is communicated internally - clear, commercial reporting that explains what’s working and why.
What You’ll Bring
- A current, hands-on paid media background (you’re in-platform weekly/daily, not delegating execution).
- Strong capability across Meta + Google stack (Search strongly preferred); confident with tracking foundations (pixels, conversions, QA).
- Technical fluency in server-side tracking, Conversions API, and first-party signal/data concepts (credible partner to engineering/analytics).
- B2B paid media experience, ideally ABM end-to-end (account list building, enrichment, intent signals, coordinated activation with outbound).
- A systems mindset + proactive communication style: you surface blockers early, chase dependencies, and don’t need to be chased for updates.
- Comfort operating in a fast, high-accountability environment where you’re balancing live daily delivery with improving the system behind it.
What’s on Offer
- A rare seat with genuine end-to-end ownership across B2B, B2C and client performance (not a narrow channel-only role).
- Real scope to influence how performance operates, including partnering with tech on automation and scalable infrastructure.
- Exposure to multi-market growth (including US expansion) and modern ABM/demand motion.
- A role that values technical depth and craft - you’re hired for being excellent in the details, not just presenting strategy.
- High autonomy and a fast learning curve: you’ll be surrounded by problems worth solving and empowered to fix them.
