About the Opportunity
An established, product and distribution business with operations globally. The leadership team is entering a new chapter and is looking for a commercially minded leader to take the finance function forward into its next growth phase.
Reporting to the CEO and board, and sitting on the Executive team, you'll take ownership of Finance, Commercial and IT, three functions that together shape how the business makes decisions, allocates capital, and grows. This isn't a caretaker role: the business is targeting significant growth over the next three years, with M&A already on the table and more expected.
- Full oversight of Finance, Commercial and IT functions
- Multi-market P&L responsibility across three regions
- Genuine growth agenda, with acquisition activity already underway
What You’ll Bring
- Senior financial leadership experience in a multi-market, product-based business
- Demonstrated M&A experience, ideally buy-side, from sourcing through to integration
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving business performance, not just reporting on it
- ERP implementation or major systems change experience
- Board-level presence, with the influencing skills to bring people with you
