About the Opportunity
TenPeaks Data Centres is a New Zealand data centre owner, operator and developer, delivering secure, sustainable and scalable digital infrastructure. The heritage of TenPeaks starts with Spark and has a track record of operating across New Zealand for over 25 years.
Established as an independent business in 2026, TenPeaks combines an established national data centre portfolio with an ambitious development pipeline.
Operating across a growing and capital-intensive business, the Commercial Finance Manager will support operational performance, budgeting and forecasting, investment decisions, business cases, commercial agreements and the continued development of TenPeaks’ finance capability.
This is a broad and influential role for someone who enjoys working closely with the business, asking the right questions and helping turn strategy into measurable commercial outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
- A Chartered Accountant (or equivalent)
- Demonstratable experience in partnering with business leaders and leading teams through commercial complexities and outcomes
- Experience of technology or telco sectors is not essential, but experience and understanding a complex business across the whole of the value chain is key
- Proven capability in budgeting, forecasting, performance management and providing commercial insights and assurance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment where the sector is evolving every day
- Driven, self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset
This role will suit an individual that enjoys being part of the action where no two days are the same. Being a newly formed business, the role requires a ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude.
