Established as an independent business in 2026, TenPeaks combines an established national data centre portfolio with an ambitious development pipeline.
Operating across a growing and capital-intensive business, the Commercial Finance Manager will support operational performance, budgeting and forecasting, investment decisions, business cases, commercial agreements and the continued development of TenPeaks’ finance capability.
This is a broad and influential role for someone who enjoys working closely with the business, asking the right questions and helping turn strategy into measurable commercial outcomes.

What You’ll Bring
- A Chartered Accountant (or equivalent)
- Demonstratable experience in partnering with business leaders and leading teams through commercial complexities and outcomes
- Experience of technology or telco sectors is not essential, but experience and understanding a complex business across the whole of the value chain is key
- Proven capability in budgeting, forecasting, performance management and providing commercial insights and assurance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment where the sector is evolving every day
- Driven, self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset
