- Join a global services organisation supporting major financial services clients
- Lead complex transformation programmes from shaping through to execution
- Partner with senior executives to deliver measurable operational outcomes
- Drive operating model, process redesign and technology-enabled change
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams across business, tech, data/AI and change
- 8–10+ years in consulting/transformation/ops/tech delivery and/or FS
- Proven leadership of large-scale transformation (strategy → benefits realisation)
- Strong executive stakeholder management and trusted advisor capability
- Financial services domain depth (e.g., claims, lending, servicing, risk, compliance)
- Experience shaping opportunities, writing proposals, and growing client accounts
- High-profile programmes with real commercial and customer impact
- Work alongside strong practitioners across transformation and technology
- Variety of engagements across operational performance and enterprise change
- A role with both strategic influence and hands-on delivery accountability
- Auckland CBD location (on-site environment)
