About the opportunity:
We are partnering with a highly successful commercial business who are seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to take ownership of their small P&C function and help the organisation to continue to create an environment to support ongoing growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll partner closely with the leadership team, coach managers, embed best-practice frameworks, and uplift capability across the business.
About the role:
You will provide strategic and operational P&C support across the organisation, with a strong focus on building consistency and scalable people practices.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Partnering with senior leaders on all people-related strategy and decision-making
  • Coaching managers and team leaders through performance management, employee relations and disciplinary processes
  • Reviewing and improving recruitment, onboarding, induction and training practices
  • Reviewing policies and procedures to ensure they are current, always fit-for-purpose, and legally compliant
  • Supporting payroll oversight and ensuring appropriate cover/continuity
  • Driving values, culture and engagement through clear communication and practical initiatives
  • Supporting health & safety administration and documentation to help maintain compliant practices
About you:
To be successful, you’ll be a confident, approachable P&C professional who can work at both strategic and practical levels.  You will build trust quickly, bringing structure, and always focus on improving how things are done.

About the role As the P&C Coordinator, you will sit at the centre of the P&C function, supporting day-to-day operations across the employee lifecycle and ensuring everything runs smoothly, accurately, and on time.
